Vajra Bhaskar Reddy personally conducted service motivated programmes like Free Eyes Operation, Medical Campaigns, financial assistance to the poor educated peoples, conduct of employment interviews to uplift the unemployees, and other public oriented programmes etc. and he got a good place in the hearts of the common people also of Kadiri Assembly Constituency.For Social service programmes, he established a Service motivated Society under the name and style " VAJRA FOUNDATION". Through this Society, since about 11 years, he has been conducting social service programmes in the Constituency, at free of costs, and his main intention and theme is only to serve the poor public and at least he should serve to any one of the member of each and every family. So, many of the families have been benefitted by the service rendered by Vajra Foundation

Vajra Bhaskar Reddy had got eye operations at free of costs to 47 thousands of people who are under B.P.L. in Kadiri, Dharmavaram, Puttaparthi, and Pulivendula (Kadapa District) Assembly Constituencies.
Anantapuramu District is a drought prone area. Now a days, medical aid is too costly to the common people. So, Vajra Bhaskar Reddy has been conducting free medical campaigns to get the poor people treated at free of costs.
Vajra Bhaskar Reddy provided financial assistance to the poorest people numbering about 2 thousands, by paying fees etc.
In Kadiri town, Vajra Bhaskar Reddy had provided high quality and tasty meals at Rs.1/- per head in his own premises situated opposite to Court Complex, at Kadiri, to the poor people numbering about 1,000 persons per day out of his own funds
He also provided good sarees to one lakh woman. Further, he had provided Shirt and Pancha to the members of Bhajana Mandallu of 6 Mandals of Kadiri. And also he distributed cricket kits to youth around of 6 mandals.
He has also been participating for development, renovations, to the Old Hindu Temples, Churches and Mosques, and also for establishment of New Temples, Mosques, and Churches by giving funds.For this purpose, he might have spent a total sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from his own pocket.
